Do gopher chasers work on other animals such as prairie dogs?

Yes, the gopher chasers will work on all burrowing animals, i.e.… prairie dogs, moles, ground hogs, voles, gophers, chipmunks, etc…

Do you ship to Canada or Overseas, How About Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico?

Yes, we do ship outside the U.S. mostly to our neighbors to the north. Canadian customers should place online orders first. After your order is placed you will receive an email outlining shipping costs. Pricing is based on weight and dimension of the box and your Postal Code. Special deals have been worked out for delivery which takes 5 to 9 days from the day shipped (not the order date).

Faster delivery is available. After order is done online, call for a quicker quote. 800-879-0513. Overseas shipping in most circumstances is too expensive therefore usually does not happen. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico might occur a few additional dollars depending on weights and dimensions of box. You will be notified of any extra fees before they are shipped.

Free Shipping Policy

"Free Shipping" only applies to On-Line Orders in the Continental United States not including Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico. All Canada Orders will be quoted by email shipping costs in 2 - 4 two days and won't be charged until price is approved. If you have questions: Please put "FREE SHIPPING" in the subject line and those questions will be answered as necessary.

How many gopher chasers do I need to cover my yard?

Each gopher chaser has a suggested coverage area. We however recommend that two be placed within 10-20 feet apart. This will create a barrier or barricade that will deter the gophers and keep them moving away from your yard. See product pages for coverage of each repeller.  Coverage can vary slightly due to differences in soil density such as the soft sandy soil in Florida the clay soil in Oklahoma or the rocky Soil in Colorado and California.

I’ve been told to move the gopher chasers, how do I know how far to move them.

We recommend that after placing the gopher chaser (s) in the ground and activity is noticed (mounds, hills or trails), you then move the units about half the distance to the activity area and continue to move as needed to get rid of your gophers. Placement is the key to success of our units. Start close to the house and work your way out.

I have a problem with moles tearing up the playing field of my son’s baseball team. Will the Solar Powered gopher chaser work?

Yes, any of our models will work for your situation. However we would recommend any of the units that could be buried flush with the ground. The solar powered unit would stick up approximately 4-5 inches and could cause a tripping hazard.
